Returns & Exchanges
At Flask Fine Wine & Whisky, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally accepted only for corked, spoiled, or damaged items within 14 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and remain in its original, unopened condition unless the product is defective.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product needs to be returned or exchanged.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our wine experts will review your request, which may include a request for photos of the bottle, cork, or shipping container to verify the condition of the goods.
- 3.Secure Repackaging
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials or equivalent protective wine packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned bottle at our cellar, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit for future purchases.
