Chismosa is a natural sparkling rosé wine, a collaborative creation between Wonderwerk and Andrea Jaramillo of Mas Vino Please, celebrating Latinidad through innovative winemaking. This cuvée is a blend of 31% Montepulciano, 31% Pinot Gris, 30% Gewürztraminer, 4% Mourvèdre, and 4% Syrah. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration, while the Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris are skin-fermented for two weeks. Syrah and Mourvèdre are co-fermented and aged in neutral oak for seven months. Post-fermentation, the wine is infused with steam-distilled organic rose geranium hydrosol and bottled with a Champagne starter to induce natural effervescence. The result is a vibrant, low-alcohol (10%) pétillant naturel that embodies creativity and cultural expression.
