Appearance: Clear, very faint straw yellow with faint green tinge.

Aroma: Clove, liquorice, caraway and anise with white pepper spice. Taste: Herbal, spicy and bittersweet with pine, aniseed, clove, liquorice, caraway and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste: Lingering caraway, cardamom, aniseed and peppery spice.

Overall: Reminiscent of Kümmel with pronounced caraway, anise and black pepper spice. Very complex. Perhaps lacks roundness.
