Aged 6-8 months in stainless steel. This is crisp wine is to be consumed relatively young, although its freshness and aromas will evolve over 4 or 5 years. The Sancerre Blanc is popular as aperitif, but matches also very well with delicate dishes of seafood, fish and strong cheeses.
