The first unpeated single malt whisky to come from the French Roselieures distillery, this expression is crafted with barley from their own fields, then matured in new French oak, bourbon, and cognac casks.

The G. Rozelieures distillery was the first French distillery to produce single malt whisky using peated malts. It was years of research and tradition that brought the distillery to where it is today, malting, peating with French peat, brewing, fermenting, and double-distilling their aromatic expressions, then maturing the whisky in oak casks from local forests as well as used ones that previously contained wine and spirits from Kentucky, Xérès, Burgundy, the Rhône valley, and South-West of France.
