Roseisle Harmonic Grace is a limited edition 14 Year Old and one of eight whiskies in Diageo’s Special Releases 2025. Aged in refill and rejuvenated casks and bottled at 55.9%.
Medium gold with prominent legs around the glass. Nose are rich with oak, earth, and tea leaf upfront. A sweetness like caramel toffees. Red apples and vanilla. Woody spice with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Medium mouthfeel. Rich and intriguing. Again those earthy oak notes. Candied orange peel, or marmalade. Apple Tarte Tatin with vanilla cream. Woody spice with a good dose of black pepper. A minty note towards the back. Medium. Mint lingers together with orange, apple, caramel, and pepper finish.
