Old Quaker was one of the flagship bourbon brands of Schenley, one of the "big four" distilling companies to emerge in the US following Prohibition, alongside Hiram Walker, Seagram's and National Distillers.

This bourbon would have been produced at their distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Formerly known as the Squibb distillery, it was purchased by Schenely in the early 1930s as Prohibition was coming to an end.
