Unfiltered Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented, using indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged for a total of 12 months in French oak barrels, 24% of which were new. Light straw color with a green hue. The nose opens with iodine notes followed by ripe citrus peel and white flowers aromatics. The palate is fresh and direct, while the density and volume are supported by bright acidity. Complex and long, the finish is creamy.
