The wine displays uncanny balance, freshness and subtlety as opposed to power. Bold, bright red and black fruits combine with subtle spice notes and rocky minerality to create great complexity of flavors. On the palate, the silky tannins and refreshing acidity create a wine of great finesse. Pair with barbecue ribs, chicken and brisket.
