The perfect companion to sparkling wine or sparkling water, as well as a key component in many classic cocktails, try Lejay in a Kir Royal (1 part Lejay, 4 parts champagne) or an El Diablo (1 part Lejay, 1 part tequila, 1 part lime juice, 3 parts ginger beer).
