Guillot Gonin Morgon Cote du Py 2023

Mont du Py is at the heart of the Morgon region, lying just to the south of the commune of Villié-Morgon where the
“cave du Guillot Gonin” is located. Most consider that the finest expressions of Morgon come from the volcanic
slopes of its Côtes and the iron-rich soil, which imbue the wines with a concentrated, fleshy texture on the palate.
This wine is densely packed yet vibrant, with juicy red and black cherry fruits, violet, and raspberry. It is succulent
on the palate with just a hint of woody herb on the finish, which is structured with mouthwatering acidity.
