"108" is not "Still Strength" which is actually higher, and beyond legal limits for Tequila. Taste and Aroma: Big Cooked Agave flavor with Black Pepper, Minerals, Cinnamon, Alcohol, and subtle Pineapple or Mint.
There are 760 cases of G4 108 with a special sticker “XM Edition”. XM meaning Extra Mature: so far as we know, this was the last field of 8 year-old agave in all of Jesus María. Extremely high sugar content. XM also meaning Extra Madera: as 30% of this Lot was fermented in the wooden tinas. Normally there is no wood fermentation used for the high proof.
