Formerly released as Fiddler Unison, Fiddler Wheated is the flagship expression of the Fiddler lineup, which was first created to showcase the exceptional distillates selected and finished by ASW. With a larger component of wheat in the mash bill than most wheated bourbons in the market, this approachable whiskey is built for sessionable sipping.

Through years of trial and error, much sampling, and rejoicing where appropriate, settled on a number of year-round expressions, all of which feature different flavor profiles and fiddling: from own house-distilled, copper-pot bourbon, Fiddler Soloist Straight Bourbon, to high wheat, foraged bourbon that finish on hand-harvested Georgia oak staves, Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, to best-selling Fiddler Unison Bourbon, a marriage of the first two – along with other Fiddler expressions both past and future.
