Enmore 1988 Moon Import Sherry Wood Rum 23 Year Old

This is a pot still rum from Enmore, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2010 after maturing in sherry wood.

Enmore closed its doors in 1995 and the original wooden stills that gave this rum it's unique character were moved to Diamond, the last remaining producer in Guyana.
