They’ve been patiently distilling and maturing the first whisky coming out of Connacht province in Western Ireland for over a century. This traditional Single Pot Irish Whiskey is worth the wait. The blend of malted and unmalted Irish barley sees a bit of Barra Irish Oats as well for a creamy addition to the texture and added depth of flavor. Matured in first fill ex Bourbon and Oloroso casks this is a superb example of Ireland’s distilling renaissance.
