93% Ugni Blanc 7% Colombard, Cognac Drouet is the quintessence of single estate cognac. The 40 hectares family estate is in Grande Champagne Premier Cru, the most qualitative area. Classically made by double distillation and then matured for more than 20 years in oak barrels before bottling.
