Domaine de la Fouquette Cotes de Provence Rose 2024
Classic Provence rosé. Pale salmon color, light, delicious and incredibly refreshing; very drinkable. This wine is clear and exhibit a litchee color. Its nose is fruity and intense. It has a bright entry, shading toward pleasant, complex flavors of mandarin orange, and with red and black berries that develop in the mouth.
Domaine de la Fouquette is a unique terroir, rich in biodiversity, located at the foot of the Maures massif and entirely classified under the “Notre Dame des Anges” denomination .
The pedoclimatic characteristics (clay-schist soil, good sunshine and marked thermal amplitude between summer and winter) allow the wines to fully express their potential.
Here, the vineyard, certified organic by Ecocert since 2013 , is worked using environmentally friendly methods in a spirit of continuous improvement (green manure sowing, vitipastoralism, etc.), which allows us to obtain authentic vintages that win awards each year in the most prestigious competitions.
