This 100% estate grown Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs gets four years of ageing on the lees and is a benchmark in grower-producer Champagne. Lemon yellow with golden tones, very fine bubble, clean aromas of citrus, white flowers and mineral notes. The palate is a straight and crisp wine. Shows the origin on the palate with mineral notes and good acidity. citrus and white flower in his mouth and a thin and elegant bubbles appear. Long and crisp.

All the elements are so well balanced. An equal blend of 2019 and 2018 juice from 100% Grand Cru sites in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, the Terroirs saw natural fermentation and 100% malolactic fermentation. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
