Made with agave cooked in a stainless steel oven instead of clay “to create smooth profile,” this blanco offers dried oregano and tomato on the nose and palate, softened with honey and finishing with a citrusy, gingery burst. The unusual X-shaped bottle is attractive, but a little challenging to hold while pouring.
