This Jamaican rum is distilled from molasses from both pot and column stills. This provides a balance between the sweet funk (yes, this is good) from the pot stills and the lighter esters from the column still. We found orange spice, raw cookie dough, toffee, butter, banana and a beefy note as well. Aged for at least two years, this wonders in a variety of Tiki drinks. A creation from the iconic Appleton Distillery.
