Another sherried single malt from Kilkerran, matured for 8 years and then bottled at cask strength! 

Michell’s Glengyle Ltd. are very proud to be continuing and adding to the great Campbeltown Distilling tradition and adding to the great Campbeltown Distilling tradition and the choice of name reflects that. Kilkerran is thought to be a suitable name for a new Campbeltown Malt since it is unusual for the old Campbeltown distilleries to be called after a Glen, a custom more usually associated with the Speyside region.

Complex and diverse nose. A rich and thick scent that immediately captivates the senses. Overripe apple slices, raisins, and burnt brown sugar. Palate of fallen leaves on wet soil soaked in melted toffee and is a huge hit to the palate opening up brilliantly and is more like a toffee apple. Long and comforting finish, leaving a lasting impression on the palate, accompanied by the subtle spiciness of cracked black pepper and a touch of sea salt. Offers a warming sensation that lingers on the palate, inviting you to savor every last drop.
