The nose shows a more overt minerality versus with a gorgeous balance of lemon meringue a hit of cream, and a seam of white stone minerality with a light earthen clay note as well. The palate is moderate and well balanced with a degree of reserve versus with lemon oils, clotted cream, light nutmeg and a lingering white stone minerality.
