This delicious pet nat (short for "Pétillant naturel") is every natural wine-nerd's dream come true! Vincent Alexis is the 8th generation of his family to run the Chateau, using biodynamic methods to create wines of character and pizzaz. Unfiltered with no sulphur added, this zippy sparkler is light on the funk with notes of citrus and a touch of minerality.
