Founder Mike Paladini was inspired to team up with childhood friend Danny Polisse to produce a Straight Bourbon to celebrate his wife's pregnancy with their daughter, Penelope. The whiskies are made at the MGP distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and the Bardstown Bourbon Company distillery in Kentucky.
