This pet-nat blends Nascetta—a rare indigenous variety prized for its maceration potential—with aromatic Moscato Giallo, both grown on marl soils typical of the region. The grapes undergo five days of skin contact during primary fermentation in stainless steel, then are bottled with conserved passito must from the estate's late-harvest grapes to trigger secondary fermentation.
