Do you offer international shipping for rare whiskies?
Currently, we ship to most states within the USA where law permits. For international inquiries regarding rare bottles, please contact our concierge team directly to discuss specific customs regulations and shipping quotes.
How do you ensure the safety of fragile bottles during transit?
We use industry-leading, eco-friendly molded pulp or high-density foam shippers specifically designed for glass. Every bottle is hand-packed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, regardless of the distance.
An adult signature is required for delivery; what happens if I am not home?
By law, all alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. If you are not home, the carrier will typically make three delivery attempts. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
We stand by the quality of our collection. If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please reseal the bottle with the remaining liquid and contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed and picked up by our carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
